Paul received a degree in economics from the University of Utah. Upon graduation, Paul spent eight years working in sales for a fortune 500 company. Over the past eight years Paul has worked tirelessly, to ensure his employees are happy and that Sunstate is operating at the highest possible level. In his free time, Paul enjoys time with his family and golfing.

Chris Gravina, Operations Manager, Tucson

Chris has worked for Sunstate for 7 years. He manages our Tucson facility, home to 10 trucks and 16 employees. Chris is the linchpin of our Tucson office, and an asset to the clients we serve in Tucson.  When Chris isn't working, he enjoys eating six pound lobsters.

Virginia Ojeda, Logistics Specialist

Virginia keeps Sunstate Sweeping efficient. She holds the ability to manage an enormous amount of data, which allows her to create cost-effective routes that help service the entire Phoenix area.

Tina Cummings, Office Manager

Tina is the “utility player” of Sunstate Sweeping. She manages accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, record keeping, and Human Resources.


Krista Crane, Office Manager

Krista keeps business running smoothly by overseeing routing, customer service, and data management in Tucson. Krista is the "face of the franchise" in Tucson, and she's also a valuable resource to our customers. If you have any questions, Krista has the answer. Customer service is her specialty and her passion.

Bill Emert, General Manager

Bill has spent 23 years with Sunstate Sweeping. His experience is invaluable, and gives Sunstate Sweeping a dominant advantage over the competition. Bill supervises 50 employees in our Phoenix office, and provides expertise in every aspect of sweeping services. He is a proud husband, and father of three. When he isn’t in the office, Bill can be spotted on golf courses throughout the Phoenix area.

Bonnie Davis, Sales Manager

Bonnie brings over a decade of experience to Sunstate Sweeping, and works with clients throughout Arizona. She is committed to assisting all customers, to ensure we satisfy their individual needs. Bonnie is a trusted consultant and natural leader.

Erik Garcia, Phoenix Operations Manager

Eric manages and supervises our day-shift crew. He prides himself on making sure properties are clean and clients are happy. Eric began his career as a crewmember and rose to management over the years, which is a testament to his dedication.


Todd Yant, Operations Manager

Todd provides 12 years of experience in the sweeping industry and manages our night-shift operators. Todd is a no-nonsense manager who takes care of our customers and employees. Todd’s humor keep things bright through the night-shift, and his hard-work helps our customers sleep easy.
