ABOUT THE OWNER OF SUNSTATE SWEEPING

I am a seasoned global people leader, corporate executive, and small business operator with a remarkable 30-year track record of driving results and fostering transformative change. I have a strong background in operations leadership and driven by a passion for change and transformation & consistently delivering impactful results. In my 24-year corporate role as the Senior Director, Global Service Logistics & Operations at Cisco, I led global service supply chain operations, including forward and reverse logistics, inventory management, international trade, and business and financial controls. My disciplined approach, strategic thinking, and strong work ethic are rooted in my background as a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps and U.S. Army Ranger. As a proud Disabled Veteran with a VA Rating of 100%, I bring unique perspectives and dedication to all my professional endeavors. I hold an MBA from California State University, Hayward, CA, and a B.A. in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL. In my 15 years as a Small Business Owner/Operator, I have achieved exceptional success building each of the following businesses with successful exits.

Tina is the “Utility Player” of Sunstate Sweeping. She manages accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, record keeping, and Human Resources.

Eric manages and supervises our day-shift crew. He prides himself on making sure properties are clean and clients are happy. Eric began his career as a crew member and rose to management over the years, which is a testament to his dedication.

Billy provides 12 years of experience in the sweeping industry and manages our night-shift operators. Billy is a no-nonsense manager who takes care of our customers and employees. Billy’s humor keep things bright through the night-shift, and his hard-work helps our customers sleep easy.
